This Japanese restaurant is located in a very beautiful square in my city and the place inside is decorated with class, leather seats and piped music with soft jazz music.
It currently has a rating of ☆ 4.5 on Google Maps but my personal rating there was ☆ 3.
And, although the service and attention are good and most of the product is fine, there are a couple of things to improve, such as oyster and desserts.
I tried the tasting menu which is € 42, drinks not included.
- Salmon tartare (courtesy of the restaurant).
- Red tuna, sea bass and white prawn sashimi.
- Meat gyozas.
- Crab, salmon and cream cheese tempurized futomaki.
- Eel and salmon uramaki with wasabi sesame.
- Rainbow Uramakis with crab, tobiko, tuna, salmon, avocado and lemon fish.
- Butterfish nigiri with black truffle.
- Beef sirloin tataki.
- Oyster with soy sauce (off menu).
- Chocolate, wasabi and peach mousse.
- Cheese mousse with passion fruit jam (off menu).
Overall evaluation of the restaurant: 6 points out of 10.
