How to make FROTHY coffee - Vietnamese Coffee


Have you ever eaten coffee? Today I will show you how to make a coffee that you can eat. This coffee is very suitable for hot days. The ingredients are also simple. Another name for this coffee is 3-layer coffee because after it is done, you can see 3 distinct layers: frothy coffee on the top, black coffee in the middle and milk on the bottom. There are two ways to enjoy this coffee. You can eat the top layer of froth, then stir the remaining 2 layers and drink, the strength of the coffee depends on how much you stir. Or you can gently stir the 2 layers below and then drink to let the coffee go through the frothy layer before entering your mouth to enjoy the taste of all 3 layers.
Ingredients:
120ml of black coffee
20 ml of condensed milk
2 spoons of sugar
ice
