Are you a fan of coffee and avocado? Today I would like to show you how to make delicious and healthy avocado coffee.
Ingredients: coffee, avocado, condensed milk, unsweetened fresh milk, vanilla, sugar and ice:
- Coffee can be made with a filter, mocha, drip (pour over) or a coffee machine.
- Avocado is cut into small pieces and put in a blender with fine ice, 60ml condensed milk, 60ml unsweetened fresh milk, 15ml vailla, then blend the mixture.
- Mix instant black coffee with boiling water and sugar in a ratio of 1:1:1 by an electric whisk to create a top foam. Instant black coffee is instant coffee without milk and sugar.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and then pour the foam on top, depending on preference, you can adjust the ratio of avocado and the coffee foam.
