How are you?
I hope everyone is well as always.
This time I want to share daily food recipes. The recipe for the food that I want to share is the recipe for tofu soup. Sounds ordinary, but this is one of my favorite soups. Why do I like it? Because the soup is very refreshing. I hope you guys will like it too. Alright, let's get started!

The Ingredients

Tofu
Chicken meatball
White mustard
3 cloves of Garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of powdered broth (chicken flavour)
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
1 Leek
1/2 tomato

Step by step

Step 1
Wash the vegetables, tofu and chicken meatballs. After that, cut it into small pieces according to taste.

Step 2
Finely chop the garlic and leeks. And cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Step 3
Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a small frying pan, then sauté the garlic until fragrant. After that turn off the stove.

Step 4
Boil enough water in a saucepan. After the water boils, add the sauteed garlic.

Step 5
Enter the chicken meatballs, then tofu. Then add the white mustard. Add tomatoes, salt, powdered broth and ground pepper.

Step 6
Lastly, add the chopped scallions.
