What is the name of mackerel in your country? In Indonesia it is called Kembung fish. And most often fried with yellow spices. Today I will share the recipe with all of you. The cooking method is very simple so I suggest you try it immediately after reading this. This fish contains very high nutrition, almost equivalent to salmon. And more importantly the price is much cheaper when compared to salmon.
Alright, Let's get the recipe!
The Ingredients
- Mackarel
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander powder
- Lime
- Cooking oil
Step by step
Step 1
Mix all the spices then add the water
Step 2
Enter the mackerel, then let stand for 10 minutes so that the spices absorb
Step 3
Heat the cooking oil and then fry the fish until crispy
Step 4
Serve on a plate
