Buenas buenas...
Materiales a usar:
Arroz 4 tazas
200 gramos de mortadela
2 plátanos
2 cebollas
3 ajíes
1 ramito de cebollín
6 dientes de ajo
Aceite para freír
Agua 8 tazas
A servir y listo, a degustar.

Good good...
Hello dear community, today I want to share with you a simple lunch that I made for my family, especially for my children to eat quietly, so I invite you to stay and watch and read.
Materials to use
Rice 4 cups
200 grams of mortadella
2 plantains
2 onions
3 chili peppers
1 sprig of chives
6 cloves of garlic
Oil for frying
Water 8 cups
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Well I started with the plantains, I chopped them, put them in a pan with oil to heat to fry them.
While they were frying, I grabbed the mortadella and began to chop it.
Then it's time to continue with the seasonings, clean them to start chopping them.
Ready the plantains, it is time to put the mortadella with the seasonings to sauté. I use the same pot where the rice is going to be cooked.
When I see that the mortadella and seasonings are almost ready, it is time to add the 4 cups of rice, since I like to fry the rice. I leave them for a while, until I see some browned rice grains.
Then it is time to add the water (8 cups), salt and stir.
Stir from time to time so that it does not stick.
When it starts to boil I cover it so that it finishes cooking.
When it looks dry it is time to turn it off and remove from the heat, I let it rest for a while before serving.
Serve and ready to taste.
I hope you liked it. Thanks for sticking around to read and watch, see you in a future post.
