Feliz noche amigos hoy quiero compartir con ustedes el paso a paso de esta deliciosa guasacaca. Una salsa que preparamos para cuando hacemos parrillas o para agregar a las empanadas. En este post quiero mostrarles como la hice y es realmente deliciosa.
Friends happy night Today I want to share with you step by step this delicious guasacaca. A sauce that we prepare for when we grill or to add to empanadas. In this post I want to show you how I made it and it is really delicious.
Para preparar está guasacaca necesitamos:
- 1 aguacate.
- 1 zanahoria.
- media cebolla.
- medio pimentón.
- cilantro.
- 6 dientes de ajo.
- sal
- mayonesa.
To prepare this guasacaca we need:
- 1 avocado.
- 1 carrot.
- half an onion.
- half paprika.
- coriander.
- 6 cloves of garlic.
- Salt.
- Mayonnaise.
Comencé cortando el cilantro lo más pequeño posible.
I started by cutting the coriander as small as possible.
Luego corte la media cebolla.
Then cut the half onion.
El ajo lo pele, lo aplaste y luego lo corte.
The garlic is peeled, mashed, and then cut.
El pimentón lo corte también en cuadros.
The paprika is also cut into squares.
La zanahoria la pele y la ralle fina.
Peel the carrot and grate it finely.
El aguacate lo corte por la mitad y le saque la semilla y lo pele. Lo corte en cuadros también.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed and peel it. I cut it into squares too.
Ahora agregue todo lo que corte en la licuadora y le agregué un poquito de agua.
Now add everything that I cut in the blender and I added a little water to it.
Lo vamos a ir licuado y dejando que todos los ingredientes se integren bien y vayan creando nuestra salsa.
We are going to liquefy it and let all the ingredients integrate well and create our sauce.
Por último vamos a agregar la mayonesa y sal. Y licuamos un poco más.
Finally we are going to add the mayonnaise and salt. And we liquefy a little more.
La guasacaca la servimos y cada quien agregará la cantidad que más le guste. El aguacate hace que quede espesa pero muy deliciosa.
We serve the guasacaca and each person will add the amount they like the most. The avocado makes it thick but very delicious.
