FOODlog #277: Crispy Fried Boneless Chicken

Had some deep fried boneless chicken thighs yesterday cooked by my wife.

It was marinated then battered with egg and season flour with turmeric powder. The turmeric powder gives it the golden brown color and a nice added flavor.

The skin was crispy and the meat was tender. Very very good for an air fryer dish without using heavy amounts of oil. If I wasn't told this was air fried, I wouldn't have known. It taste as good as a deep fried chicken in oil.

Loving the air fryer we bought a few months ago. Recommended 👍
