Hello Hive food lovers, today I come to tell you about "Los Costilla" this restaurant specializes in pork meats.
This was born in 2014 in Caracas - Venezuela, here they have two locations, the main one is located in Los Palos Grandes and the second one is located in El Hatillo, in the outskirts of Caracas which is where I currently live. And one of the things I like the most about living in El Hatillo, is that the center of town is a gastronomic parish with more than 40 restaurants and places where you can find a little bit of everything.

| One of the things I love the most is to share with my family and my son @zamir-naja, is traveling, in the middle of the world in Guayaquil - Ecuador, the truth I miss him very much, since the pandemic was trapped for 10 months in Bogota - Colombia, I managed to return home by the end of the year and in April I travel to Ecuador. And seeing these pictures full with him and @arrozymangophoto today I noticed that I had not told you about "Los Costilla". | |
What I like most about Los Costilla is the tray to share, it is the Combination Tray, it brings a pork rib dipped in BBQ, four burgers, two mini porchetas, two mini pulled pork, accompanied by salad and fries. Ideal for 3 people, the only thing I don't like about the place is that it doesn't have natural juices, only sodas, I think it's enough to eat pork, fries and hamburgers, please, something healthier is needed in that menu...hehehe.
There is not much variety in the desserts, but quality, I didn't take pictures, but I love the cookies with ice cream, they are really delicious.
"Los Costilla" also opened a restaurant in Madrid - Spain so if you are around there and want to try it you can do it, there is a significant price difference between Venezuela and Madrid, while the tray in Venezuela for 3 people costs 33 Dollars in Spain costs 45.90 Euros. Hola Hive amantes de la gastronomía, hoy les vengo a contar sobre "Los Costilla" este restaurant se especializa en de carnes de cerdo.
Este nació en el 2014 en Caracas - Venezuela, aquí tienen dos locales, el principal que esta ubicado en Los Palos Grandes y el segundo esta ubicado en El Hatillo, en las afueras de Caracas que es donde vivo actualmente. Y una de las cosas que mas me gusta de vivir en El Hatillo, es que el centro del Pueblo es una parroquia gastronómica con mas de 40 restaurantes y locales donde puedes encontrar de todo un poco.

| Una de cosas que mas amo es compartir en familia y mi hijo @zamir-naja, esta de viaje, a la mitad de Mundo en Guayaquil - Ecuador ,la verdad lo extraño muchísimo, ya que por la pandemia quedo atrapado 10 meses en Bogota - Colombia, logro regresar a casa para fin de año y en abril viajo a Ecuador. Y viendo estas fotos llena con el y @arrozymangophoto hoy note que no les había hablado de "Los Costilla". | |
Lo que mas me gusta de Los Costilla es la bandeja para compartir, es la Bandeja de Combinaciones, trae una costilla de cerdo bañada en BBQ, cuatro Hamburguesas; dos mini porchetas, dos mini pulled pork, acompañado de ensalada y papas fritas. Ideal para 3 personas lo único que no me gusta del local es que no tiene jugos naturales, solo gaseosas creo que ya es suficiente con comer cerdo, papas fritas y hamburguesas , por favor hace falta algo mas sano en ese menu ..jejeje.
De los postres no hay mucha variedad, mas si calidad,no les tome fotos, pero me encantan las galletas con helados, son realmente deliciosas.
"Los Costilla " también abrieron un restaurant en Madrid - España así que si estas por allí y quieres probarlo puedes hacerlo.Hay una diferencia significativa de precios entre Venezuela y Madrid , mientras que la bandeja en Venezuela para 3 personas cuesta 33 Dólares en España cuesta 45.90 Euros.
