Ingredients

  • Refined wheat flour 500 gms
  • Sugar to make sugar syrup
  • Refined vegetable oil for deep frying.

Procedure

  • If you want to have this mouthwatering dessert you have to start preparing a day in advance. Its preparation starts with making a batter with refined wheat flour and water.
  • The batter should be thick and for 500 gm flour, I used about 600 ml water to make a smooth lump-free batter.
  • Cover it with a cloth and keep a warm place for 12 hours. In summer it will be ready in 12 hours while in winter it may take double time. It all depends on the temperature.
