Hola queridos amigos de esta plataforma hive Dios los bendiga, el dia de hoy voy a presentarle mi Almuerzo que es arroz, ensalada rayada, tajadas y pollo frito a muchos de nostros nos gusta esta rica comida , espero que les guste este plato
Ingredients:
½kg of rice
600gr chicken
1 ripe banana
1 carrot
¼ cabbage
1 sprig of celery
1 small onion

Oregano
Mayonnaise

Ingredientes:
½kg de arroz
600gr pollo
1 plátano maduro
1 zanahoria
¼ de repollo
1 ramita de celery
1 cebolla pequeña
Adobo
Curry
Orégano
Mayonesa
Aceite
Sal

Lo primero que hice fue en una olla agregamos el arroz le agregamos un chorrito de aceite le agregamos agua y sal al gusto esperamos que seque y retiramos del fuego cuando este listo

Despues pelamos y cortamos en tajadas nuestro platano y colocamos una sartén al fuego y le agregamos aceite y freimos las tajadas de ambos lados y retiramos cuando estén listas

Despues sazonamos nuestro pollo le agregamos una cucharadita de curry luego agregamos una cucharadita de orégano despues agregamos adobo al gusto, despues en una sartén caliente colocamos el pollo freir por ambos lados y cuando este listo retiramos
Then we prepare the striped salad, first we cut the cabbage then we peel and scratch the carrot then we cut the celery and the small onion
Despues nos disponemos a preparar la ensalada rayada, primero cortamos el repollo despues pelamos y rayamos la zanahoria luego cortamos el celery y la cebolla pequeña
After everything is cut we add it in a salad bowl add salt to taste, mayonnaise and stir everything
Despues que todo este cortado lo agregamos en una ensaladera le agregamos sal al gusto, mayonesa y revolvemos todo
