Hola queridos amigos espero tengan excelente fin de semana Dios los bendiga, el dia de hoy voy a presentarle un carne con papas y zanahoria que prepare espero les guste y se animen a prepararlo en casa
Ingredients:
500gr of meat to cook
2 potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
¼ paprika
1 sprig of chives
7 sweet peppers
Sweet paprika
Spicy paprika
Black pepper
White pepper
Dressing
Turmeric
Ingredientes:
500gr de carne para guisar
2 papas
1 zanahoria
1 cebolla
¼ pimentón
1 ramita de cebollin
7 ajies dulce
Paprika dulce
Paprika picante
Pimienta negra
Pimienta Blanca
Adobo
Cúrcuma
preparation:

Preparación:
Limpiamos y cortamos la cebolla, el pimentón, los ajies y el cebollin en cuadros
Then we peel the carrot and the potatoes and cut it into large squares and reserve in a container with water so that the potato does not rust.
Despues pelamos la zanahoria y las papas y la cortamos en cuadros grandes y reservamos en un envase con agua para que la papa no se oxiden
Then in a hot pan we add the meat and fry a little later we add the cut dressings then we add a pinch of black and white pepper, sweet and spicy paprika, turmeric and marinade to taste, then we stir everything and fry a little more
Despues en una sartén caliente agregamos la carne y sofreimos un poco despues le agregamos los aliños cortados despues le agregamos una pizca de pimienta negra y blanca, paprika dulce y picante, curcuma y adobo al gusto, despue revolvemos todo y sofreimos un poco mas
Then we add the potatoes and carrots and add water and let it cook for approximately 45 minutes until the meat is soft and remove when it is ready.
Despues agregamos las papas y las zanahorias y le agregamos agua y dejamos cocinar por 45minutos aproximadamente hasta que la carne este blanda y retiramos cuando este lista
