Ingredientes:
4 alitas de pollo
1 zanahoria
1 tomate
1 nabo
1 hinojo
1 coliflor
Cebolla
Mantequilla
Salsa preparada (opcional)
Sal
Ingredients:
4 chicken wings
1 carrot
1 tomato
1 turnip
1 fennel
1 cauliflower
Onion
Butter
Prepared sauce (optional)
Salt
Preparación:
Cortamos el tomate y la zanahoria en cuadritos, y el nabo en 4 pedazos

Luego el hinojo lo cortamos en 4 pedazos y las ramitas se las cortamos en pedacitos pequeños, después la lavamos y cortamos el coliflor

Luego en una sarten caliente agregamos las cebollas cortadas en julianas, y agregamos nuestras alitas despues sofreimos un poco, despues le agregamos el tomate, la zanahoria, el nabo, el hinojo y el coliflor y revolvemos todo. Despues le agregamos una cucharada de salsa (opcional) le agregamos un poquito de agua una cucharada de mantequilla
Then in a hot pan we add the onions cut into julienne, and add our wings, then sauté a little, then add the tomato, carrot, turnip, fennel and cauliflower and stir everything. Then we add a tablespoon of sauce (optional) we add a little water a tablespoon of butter
Después dejamos cocinar por 20 minutos y retiramos del fuego cuando este listo, y a disfrutar de este delicioso plato
