I like to offer you simple and tasty recipes that you can make and enjoy with your family.
This time I bring you a recipe for shortbread biscuits made with a piping bag. To make it we will need:
Ingredients:
300 grams of margarine
250 grams of sugar
2 eggs
500 grams of wheat flour
5 CC vanilla essence
Candied fruit and rain of colours, quantity required.
Preparation
Place the margarine in a bowl with the sugar, beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth and pale.
Then add the eggs 1 by 1, beat and add the vanilla essence, then sift the flour and incorporate little by little with enveloping movements.
When a homogeneous mixture is obtained, place in a piping bag and use the nozzle of your choice to assemble the biscuits, I used an open star nozzle.
Place them separately from each other, decorate with candied fruits and rain of colours, bake at 175°c for 30 minutes.
