Hello food buddies, let me share a simple recipe I learned back when I was a kid. Mt mom would teach us to cook so that one day we no longer have to depend on her, and here's one of that recipe I have learned. Simple yet delicious shrimp recipe.
The secret ingredient is always love.
I have always enjoyed cooking not because I can do it but I enjoy it so much. Hearing my family appreciate the food I serve grand or simple they always eat them with joy.

Ingredients
1/2 kilo medium to large shrimp cleaned
5 pieces red chili pepper minced
8 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 glass sprite
Instructions
- Place the shrimp in a plate. Rub salt all over. Let it stay for 10 minutes.
Melt butter in a pan. Once the mixture gets hot, add the garlic and then cook in medium heat until light brown.
- Add the shrimp. Stir-fry until it turns medium orange.
Pour sprite if you want a sweeter taste.
Put the chili into the pan. Stir and continue to cook for 30 seconds. Add oyster sauce for taste.
Transfer to a serving plate.
