Hello friends, My children are growing and every day they need more foods with more vitamins for this reason I have decided to change the menu for something healthier. This time prepare a rich spinach omelette but add ham and cheese to make it more similar to what you usually make at home.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of spinach.
- 50 grams of ham.
- 50 grams of cheese.
- 4 eggs
- ½ onion.
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste.
The first thing I did was chop the onion and the ham, this time I used smoked ham, grate the llanero cheese (raw, hard cheese, typical of the llanera area of Venezuela), mash the garlic into a dough and remove the spinach.
In the pan, add a little oil to fry the onion, when it is almost crystallized, add the garlic and fry for about two more minutes.
I incorporated the spinach, do not be scared if it looks a lot, the truth is that in the end there will only be a little left, mix occasionally with the onion until all the spinach takes on a bright green color. Turn off the heat and reserve.
In a cup, beat the eggs, add the cheese, the ham, salt to taste and mix.
I added the spinach that I made earlier and stirred everything.
In the same pan where I prepare the spinach, it is because the food does not stick, add all the egg mixture and with a spoon I distributed it all over the bottom until it is uniform. Cover and lower heat to low so the tortilla cooks in the center.
After about 10 minutes I checked and the edges were already turning golden so I turned the omelette with the help of a kitchen utensil that we use to turn the eggs.
Cover again and cook for 5 more minutes. I put on a plate and that's how my spinach omelet is left. Totally beautiful, juicy and delicious.
So far this tutorial, I hope you enjoy it and prepare it at home.
