Los ingredientes son:
- 2 Huevos.
- 1/2 Cucharadita de sal.
- 2 Cucharadas de vinagre.
- 2 Dientes de ajo.
- 1 Taza de aceite aproximadamente.
Agregar sal.

Hello Hive friends. Today I am going to share with you my recipe for mayonnaise, I will tell you that it has been about a year that I have not bought commercial mayonnaise in the supermarket but I prepare it at home. Mayonnaise is one of the dressings that I use the most, whether in salad, with beans or lentils, hot dogs, hamburgers and lately, how is avocado in guacamole season.
The ingredients are:
- 2 Eggs.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1 cup of oil approximately.
Add salt.
Add the vinegar.
Add the garlic cloves.
Blend at medium speed for one minute.
We begin to add the oil in the form of a thread, very slowly, without stopping blending and with patience, waiting for the emulsion to form.
We stop adding oil when the mayonnaise is already creamy and the blender cannot continue blending it.
We keep it in a glass container, it can last us a week.
The recipe that I just gave you can be modified, the important thing is to remember one tablespoon of vinegar for each egg.
So far my recipe for today, I hope you liked it and prepare it at home.
