Hello, everyone. Glad to see you guys again. In almost all of my food contents, long green chili may be one of, if not the most used ingredient for my dishes. One of the reasons why is because it tastes better then the red one (at least for me) in food and its spiciness level is mild. So it's pretty tolerable even you put in a big amount.

This time, I will be sharing about a simple meal you can cook under 10 minutes only using long green chili and chicken for its main ingredients. This is a very good one for when you're in rush or when you don't really have that many ingredients you can use at the moment. A no fail dishes are really my forte so here is how you can cook it.

For Ingredients:

  • Chicken
  • Onions and leeks
  • Long green chili
  • Red onions, garlics, and ginger
  • Salt and flavor enhancer
Grind all the ingredients except onions and leeks at the same time using a blender. This will be used for base of the soup. The amount of long green chili used is always adjustable to your preference.

How to Cook it:

After you grind the ingredients for the soup's base, pour all of them into a heated frying pan with cooking oil. Cook it for 4 minutes at max, don't let it be fully cooked.

Or in this case you would need a large one because you need to pour some water as well later.

After that, put the sliced onions and leeks into the soup's base. Fry it more for some time. Don't forget to put enough amount of salt and flavor enhancer before doing the next step.

For the last step, you can finally put the chicken in and pour some water into the pan. Let it boil for a few more minutes until you think the dish is well cooked and is ready to be served.

Make sure to taste it first to know whether the salt is enough or not otherwise the soup will taste bland. Add some more if needed.

There we go, a no fail long green chili chicken soup cooked in 10 minutes only.
