Hello guys..

Today I want to share some recipe,
This recipe is most often used by the people of Indonesia to process mungbeans.
As we know, mungbeans is a grain that has many benefits and high nutritional value.
Mungbeans are usually processed in the form of porridge as the food can become a booster for the immune. Moreover, mungbeans have the benefit of being good for pregnant women and nursing mothers because it contains folic acid which is good for regenerating the cells.

Porridge mungbeans this I though to my husband who was in recovery. Hopefully he likes it!

Btw, the taste of the porridge mungbeans is very tasty! You guys should try it at home! This dish is very good to eat when warm again and you can add a slice of bread for a flavor that is amazing!

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr mungbeans
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 250 gr palm sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • Pandan leaves
  • Ginger
