Meatball Recipe

What's up?
During a pandemic that has yet to subside, still in a state of lockdown in the area where I live, I spend a lot of time to experiment in the kitchen.
Because I have a lot of beef stock, I prefer to make beef meatballs for today's recipe.

How to make beef meatballs is easy. It just requires some additional materials that surely these meatballs without the preservatives and can in consumption for all age.

Ingredients required:

  • 500gr beef
  • 125gr tapioca floor
  • Black pepper
  • Fried garlic
  • Salt
  • 5gr Baking powder double acting (hercules)
  • Ice
  • Water

Tools required:

  • Chopper/food processor

How to make beef meatballs:

  • Wash the beef and discard the fat in the meat
  • Boil water in a pan
  • Put the meat, garlic fried rice, black pepper, salt, ice and the baking powder and puree using a chopper/food processor

  • After all the ingredients are perfectly smooth, the shape slowly dough into a round and put it in water that has been boiled. Turn on the stove when all the meat is already cooked.

  • Remove and drain the meatballs are already cooked. Soak with ice or cold water.
  • Beef meatballs ready to be served.

These meatballs you can eat immediately or saved into a frozen food.
Meatballs can last a long time 30 days in the frezer.
