Biryani

Hey guys 😍
Toady I am with a popular dish which you may know. Biryani is one of the popular food all over the world mainly in the middle east region. There is different varieties of Biryani by changing the spices used. I selected an Indian spices Beef Biryani. A 1/2 kg amount of biryani is making. Its a long process never blink your eyes.
Lets get started.

INGREDIENTDS
Marinate :-
Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
Meat masala - 2 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp

Oil - 10gms
Green chilli - 5nos
Ginger - a small piece
Garlic - 14 cloves
Tomato - 1 nos
Garam masala - 2 tsp
Basmati rice (large) - 1/2 kg
Spices - cardamom, star anise, cumin, pepper, bay leaf, cinnamon
Water - 1 L (double the weight of rice)

Garnish:-
Fried onions
Cashew
Raisins

PREPARATION
First we have to marinate the large pieces of beef by 2 tsp of turmeric powder, meat masala and salt. Refrigerate for about 2-3 hours.

After 2-3 hours cook the meat in a cooker for 15 minutes at high flame.

Next we have to measure the rice. Wash the it for several times and soak it for 1/2 hour.

Next we move to the main side. In a large vessel pour some oil.

Add the onions and saute.

Add some green chillies after some sometimes.

When the onion becomes soft add the garlic and ginger.

When the garlic and ginger becomes soft add the tomatoes.

Then add the garam masala for a flavour.

When the mix became ready add the cooked meat. Cook them for 1/2 hour and add one cup of water.

Remove the pieces and add adequate amount of water.

Add the spices and boil the water.

When the water becomes boil add the soaked rice.

Cover it and cooked for 10 minutes in high flame.

When the rice became cooked add the meat pieces again and cook for a few minutes.

After a few minutes it will ready and served hot. It is a spicy biryani. Garnish with fried onions, cashews, raisins and curry leaves.
