Son comidas que tienen gran valor familiar.

El próximo plato me llena de amor, casi hasta el enamoramiento. Por lo apetecible, degustativo, fácil de preparar y relativamente barato sus ingredientes comprar.

LOS INGREDIENTES A UTILIZAR SON LOS SIGUIENTES:
- 500 grs de fideos.
- 4 a 5 Tomates.
- 1 Cebolla mediana.
- 1/2 cucharada de sal para cocinar los fideos.
- 1/2 cucharada de sal para cocinar la pasta de tomate.
- Aceite Vegetal.
- 1/4 cucharada de onoto molido.
- 4 Ajíes.
- Cebollin al gusto
- Pizca de Adobo.
- Queso rallado (Al gusto).
THE INGREDIENTS TO USE ARE THE FOLLOWING:
- 500 grams of noodles.
- 4 to 5 Tomatoes.
- 1 medium onion.
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt to cook the noodles.
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt to cook tomato paste.
- Vegetable oil.
- 1/4 tablespoon ground onoto.
- 4 Chili peppers.
- Chives to taste.
- Pinch of Adobo.
- Grated cheese (to taste).

Colocar Los 500 grs de fideos largos y finos en el agua hirviendo con 1/2 cucharada de sal por aproximadamente 20 minutos. SACAMOS TODO EXCESO DE AGUA CON LA AYUDA DEL COLADOR.
Place the 500 grams of long and thin noodles in the boiling water with 1/2 tablespoon of salt for approximately 20 minutes. WE REMOVE ALL EXCESS WATER WITH THE HELP OF THE STRAINER.

La pasta de tomate la elabore en una arrocera... y me fue genial.
Pique en rodajas los tomates y en pequeños trozos la cebolla... Añadiendo en la olla.
I made the tomato paste in a rice cooker... and it was great for me.
Chop the tomatoes into slices and the onion into small pieces... Adding in a pot.

Incorporamos a la preparación los sazonadores por excelencia
y en su simpleza son excelentes: 1/2 cucharada de sal y 1/4 cucharada de onoto molido.
We incorporate the seasonings par excellence into the preparation and in their simplicity they are excellent: 1/2 tablespoon of salt and 1/4 tablespoon of ground onoto.

Con un par de cucharadas de aceite vegetal en empezamos a a sofreír nuestro ingredientes principales.

Cortamos en cuadritos los respectivos ajíes y el cebollin.

Entonces colocamos todo ese aliño en la pasta de tomate, más una pizca de adobo. Dejando cocinar por 10 minutos.
Then we put all that dressing in the tomato paste, plus a pinch of marinade. Letting cook for 10 minutes.

Ya con nuestro queso previamente rallado. Solo queda armar nuestro plato.
