Hoy estoy súper contenta, les quiero compartir esta receta que es demasiado fácil pues es el pan nuestro de cada día de los venezolanos ¿conocen la Arepa? Se ha internacionalizado lo sé, pero si aún no sabes prepararla te voy a dar unos simples paso a paso para que aprendas. Aprovechando para participar en el Concurso “La Arepa Nos Une” .

Nota: Puedes rellenarla con lo que prefieras ya sea con queso, pero en mi caso preferí agregarle una mezcla criolla de queso, caraota y plátano frito.
You can fill it with whatever you prefer, either with cheese, but in my case I preferred to add a Creole mixture of cheese, caraota, and fried plantain.
Preparation / Preparación
En un bol se agrega agua con sal y una taza de harina de maíz. Se amasa bien hasta que quede una consistencia blanda que podamos hacer la bola para luego hacer la arepa.

Nota: La montamos en el budare o en la plancha por 10 minutos a fuego lento y se va volteando para que no se queme hasta tener una consistencia de cocción. Quedándonos así:

Luego procedemos a rellenar la arepa con queso, los plátanos fritos y las caraotas ya listas para que podamos disfrutar.
