Hay quienes se casan de las lentejas, pero particularmente yo las amo, siempre digo que son mis grandes aliadas parque son unas legumbres que están listas rápidamente, con pocos ingredientes quedan deliciosas y tienen tantos nutrientes que mi cuerpo lo agradece; hoy las preparé en sopa con vegetales, la cual también voy a compartir con mi vecina Zule, quien está sola en casa con pocos ganas de cocinar, así que le dije que no se preocupara porque hoy del almuerzo me encargo yo, a ella también le encantan las lentejas.
Ingredients:

🌺 Corté en cubos los vegetales, a la auyama le quité un poquito de la carne y la reservé para otra receta, luego la corte en cubos con su cascara en casa le decimos los gorditos, en casa nos gusta que las lentejas tengan un toque dulce, en esta oportunidad se lo dará la batata o papa dulce, también le suelo poner plátano.
