Happy New Year!
Lately, I have noticed that there is a different kind of healing energy we need to hold space for.

We have so many new "social distancing" protocols that have created barriers not just in our physical space, but in our emotional and spiritual space that I am witnessing people feeling unable to adequately express their grief, their exhaustion, their feelings and opinions without some sort of unrelated triggering event leading to a sense of unexpected vulnerability which can cause further trauma.
This seems to be happening on a very subconscious level, although the stress of "waiting" for a reprieve or the end of Political upheaval compounded with Death, Chaos, and Lies is pushing this sensation closer to the surface of our awareness.
If I were not as adept as I am at recognizing emotional processing with a spiritual edge, I might not have caught this "flaw" in the general public as I did a couple of days ago.

We're required to address people not by what they appear to be as gender, but as a human. And not just any human, but a sovereign and beautiful genetic wonder of colorful history and culture, which is excellent and conscious, if only we could have the energy dialogue with the verbal virtual dialogues.
I see people looking at each other, from across borders that they cannot cross even if they wanted to, being restricted in all ways now, not just because of ignorance.
We're in the middle of a surreal revolution, six feet apart at all times, and many times lately, gazing at the place where we could be next... six feet under. Without a warning!
But it's not a war, so the element of having a clear understanding of what happens next and "why we are suffering" is lost. There are too many channels of "who to blame" vs. not enough for "who to trust."
It's very complex, and I am convinced that if we do not find a way to bridge the "spaces" between with a consistent flow, we're going to become isolated in ways that will create a "failure to thrive" for our spirits.

If we had a "common" center to meet in; an energetic place not unlike the center of a labyrinth, where we knew we were seen as well as protected; a place where we could exchange a moment of *"I see you?"
This stunted growth process for our collective well being would be solved.
Let's begin a dialogue between our hearts with our friends and families and push through the barriers that have subliminally created energetic separation. Have a verbal discussion if you're compelled!
Our hearts know how to beam light through any darkness or barrier. They always have! Masks or shields cannot keep that energy from passing through, we need each other. We are on the edge of a Renaissance from an age of Darkness.
Use your light.
It's in your heart, it's reflected in your eyes.
