Hello Natural Medicine Lovers, nice to meet again with lovers of herbal medicine and traditional ingredients.
Last night I had to finish my work report until 2 in the morning.Eye bags feel heavy because they have to work in front of a laptop and are exposed to radiation. So when I wake up at 5 am my head still feels heavy and my eyes are still sleepy (the effect of lack of sleep).
So, in the morning (8 am) I decided to do eye exercises, namely by walking in the garden and looking at the green scenery. I have often done this activity when I had to stay up in front of the laptop all night. Usually after seeing the green scenery and breathing in the refreshing garden air, then taking a shower, the eyes will be refreshed.
Besides breathing in the fresh air, I also found some wild spinach stalks growing in my garden. what a beautiful coincidence, I thought, because spinach leaves have proven to be effective in helping eye health, usually enjoyed in a blender.
So I took some wild spinach leaves for me to make juice to maintain eye health.
I also found ripe mangoes in the fridge (I usually keep some fruit for stock). let's start making juice for eye health for us adventurers in front of laptops, computers and Handphone😇😇😇😇
The ingredients are : one ripe mango (yellow), a handful of wild spinach leaves, 500 mL ice water and 2 tablespoons of white sweetened condensed milk (if not, replace with 1 tablespoon sugar)
How to make a delicious and healthy mango combination spinach juice is:
The first step: wash the mango then peel the skin, separate the spinach from the stem then wash the spinach leaves
The second step: cut the mango into several parts (to make it easier when blending)
The third step: put the mango pieces, spinach leaves, ice water and sweetened condensed milk into the blender.
The fourth step: blender until everything is well mixed and the spinach fibers are no longer visible
Delicious mango combination spinach juice is ready to be enjoyed. In addition to maintaining eye health, this juice is also good for helping to improve the immune system, this is because of the vitamin C content in mangoes and also the vitamin A content in spinach leaves which helps maintain eye health. This juice combination is also very useful to ward off cancer cells, prevent anemia and ward off free radicals which are toxic to the body.
Drinking this juice before breakfast or before going to bed at night is also good for obesity therapy, drinking a glass of this juice makes you full because it is rich in fiber and low in fat.
