Made up a new batch of smudge sticks, these contain sage, mint, lavender and rose. They are great for cleansing our personal space energetically and also sage is known to help clear bacteria.
I tend to collect all the left over bits and put them in pots with a few drops of blue lotus essential oil and leave as little pots of home made potpourri around the house.
