Today I have decided to prepare a Veg pasta.
Pasta is not a very common dish in our food habit but it is widely available in the market.
The major ingredients are:
- Marconi
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Beans
- Onion & Chilly
Macaroni is been boiled for few minutes. Later keep it in a separate vessel until the water gets properly drained.
As vegetable, I have taken a small slice of cabbage, beans and a carrot. Chop them into desire size. Onion and Green chilly is also been chopped. We can also use many other vegetables such as tomato and Capsicum, it's up to you. Here I have only chosen only the above mentioned one's.
Masalas used.
- Vegetable masala
- Garam masala(mixtures of many spices)
- Pepper powder
- Turmeric powder
After boiling the oil, these vegetables is been slightly cooked in the pan with the above mentioned masalas. After a few minutes the macaroni is added to the pan. Mix it properly until a the vegetables gets shuffled or mixed uniformly.
All the ingredients should in a correct proportion. Salt can also be added in this stage.
It should be keep in the pan for a couple of minutes in a light flame.
