What's upo guys? I believe you are in good healthy under the pandemic situation staying home or work place with following healthy instructions. These days many people started to cutivate and buying vitamin c contains vegetables and fruits prevent from corona virus. Two days ago I went to the fruit market alone and considered which was most important fruits for boost our body healthy. So I saw ripe watermelons there and I asked how much price one kilo of it. Price was very cheap. Quickly I decided to buy two kilos and decided to prepare different type of watermelon juice.
Watermelon is a delicious food and has many health benefits. Among the fruits, watermelon is one of the drinkable fruits. This is because watermelon has a very high water content. Sweet melons can also quench your thirst. It is also a fruit rich in carbohydrates, natural fiber, vitamin C and many antioxidants.
Ingredients
- One kilo of slices ripe watermelon
- Four tablespoons of sugar
- Half teasppon of salt
- One cup of fresh milk
- Required amount of coloring
Preparing steps
- First put a bowl on the stove and add fresh milk.
- Now add some coloring to the fresh milk.
- Using a tablespoon, stir until it turns pink and remove from the stove.
- Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a blender.
- Then add above mentioned amount of sugar.
- Then after add to the required salt.
- Add all the above and blend well.
Add two and a half cups of chilled water to the blended mixture.
Now fill the glass of the drink to be served and add the previously prepared rose milk.
- All set.Let's drink a glass of very tasty, nutritious cold watermelon.
