Dia de la tierra, un día que debería tener un significado muy importante para todos los que en ella habitamos, ya que es nuestro hogar, y por ende deberíamos cuidarla y respetarla cada segundo de nuestra vida.
En muchísimos paises del mundo, se han establecido un sin fin de normas y leyes, que cada ciudadano de cada uno de estos lugares debe cumplir para mantener el cuidado y protección del medio que los rodea, y así colaborar con la protección de nuestro planeta.

Hoy en día cuando Japón está a punto de dar inicio a lo que pudiera ser una catástrofe ambiental al querer desechar los residuos nucleares al mar quiero hablar un poco sobre las leyes que regulan el cuidado del medio ambiente en mi país.

Incluso contamos con un Ministerio del ambiente que “se encarga” de trabajar en función del mantenimiento ambiental y por medio de este mismo ministerio se logro la creación de una Ley de protección ambiental en nuestro país.

La Ley del ambiente establece en cada uno de sus artículos las distintas normativas y consejos que se deberían cumplir para la protección y el cuidado de nuestro ecosistema, así como las distintas sanciones que se le aplicaran a todo aquel ciudadano que no cumpla con dichas normativas.
En cuanto a redacción y a estructura, esta ley se encuentra muy bien elaborada (los invito cordialmente a buscarla y leerla) pues sus artículos desde mi parecer cuentan con muchísima coherencia, y seguido de ellos se establece medidas muy justas que debemos cumplir para el máximo cuidado de nuestro ecosistema.
El problema acá en Venezuela se da es al momento de hacer cumplir estas leyes, ya que lamentablemente ningún ente gubernamental en estos momentos ejerce esa obligación en los ciudadanos de este país, para que no solo lay de protección ambiental se cumpla, sino muchísimas más existentes, haciendo así que todas estas normas queden solo plasmadas en un papel y no se le tome o considere con la seriedad que estas ameritan.
