Good evening NM Community, how are you doing? It took me a long time to come up with the recipe for the Plant-Based food challenge.
Pass through the mint and chives. The rest is unknown (black beans I don't know if they are beans) hehe .. but I ended up making my dinner today with chives from my little garden.
I bring you the recipe for fried potatoes with chives.
I honestly love the refried chives, in rice and vegetables, ufff it's so tasty. I leave the recipe:
Ingredients:
Potato
Garlic
Chives
Oregano
Soy margarine
Preparation
Wash the potatoes
If the potatoes are large, cut the potatoes into squares and put them to boil until soft. Otherwise you can use them whole.
When they soften, proceed to cut the potatoes into the size you want
Cut the chives into wheels
Peel and crush the garlic
Then in a frying pan over medium heat, add the margarine and potatoes. Then add the garlic, cook a little, continue with a little oregano.
Finally the chives and mix until everything is perfectly incorporated.
