This is my entry to Plant Power Cooking Challenge
Good afternoon!!
On this cold afternoon today I made myself this freshly brewed coffee and coffee ice cream. I love the contrast of the sweet banana in the ice cream and the bitterness of the coffee drink 🥰.
Today I made vegan coffee ice cream and I want to share it with you.
Mainly use:
150 gr of peanuts
1 cup of coffee well charged
2 frozen bananas

En la tarde fría del día de hoy me prepare este helado de café y café recién hecho. Me encanta el contraste del dulce del banano en el helado y el amargo de la bebida de café 🥰.
Hoy hice helado vegano de café y quiero compartirlo con ustedes.
Principalmente emplee:
150 gr de maní
1 taza de café bien cargada
2 bananos congelados
To prepare it, first I put the peanuts over low heat so that it would release its natural fat more easily, then I used the blender to make the peanut butter but since the blender is not that powerful and it is not mine, I passed it to the
mincer ( If it's mine, if it gets damaged, no problem 😊)
I put water to boil to make the coffee well strong
Later I realized that it was a lot of peanut butter so I used half, as you can see in the video. And to that half that was left in the mincer I added the coffee little by little, then the two frozen bananas and finally I packed it in cocas to be frozen.

Para prepararlo, primero puse a fuego lento el maní para que soltara con mayor facilidad la grasa natural del mismo, después utilice la licuadora para hacer la mantequilla de maní pero como la licuadora no es tan potente y no es mía lo pase a la picadora (que si es mio, ya si se daña no hay problema 😊)
Puse agua a hervir para hacer el café bien cargado
Después me di cuenta que era mucha mantequilla de maní entonces utilicé la mitad, como en el video se aprecia. Y a esa mitad que quedo en la picadora le agregue el café de apoco, luego los dos bananos congelados y para finalizar lo empaque en cocas para ser congelados.
