Gati kachu is rich in nutrients as a vegetable

However, we all know the benefits of kachu shak or gati kachu. However, at the end of the post, I will share some special benefits again.

Kachu Shaak or Gati Kachu is one of my favorite foods. Since it has many other nutritional properties. So most of the time it is cooked in my house. And since it is available all year round and the price is also cheap. However, different types of people eat this kachushak or gati kachu in different ways. In a word, it is eaten in different ways depending on the taste of the people.

However, we often cook and eat gati kachu as a curry. At first this ghati kachuke was taken out from the ground and washed well. After washing, I dried the water. Then I removed the outer cover of Gati Kachu with a knife. After removing the cover, I washed it well with water. Then I put a pot in the oven and mixed the amount of onion powder, garlic, salt, turmeric, soybean oil etc. with the gati kachu. Then I stuck the lid of the pot and waited for a certain time. After waiting, I open the lid, stir with a fork and mix cumin powder and finish cooking.
