Benefits of Arnica.

Arnica is used for the treatment of arthritis, it is very effective for pain as it has analgesic properties.

It also fights inflammation helping to improve bumps or sprains.

It stimulates blood circulation.

This plant has many benefits but Arnica can be toxic because there are many species, the one in Venezuela is not a plant suitable for consumption It is TOXIC, DO NOT EAT ARMICA or take it in tea, do not apply it on open wounds. To enjoy its excellent healing benefits, it is not necessary to consume it by applying it on the sore, injured or inflamed areas you will get very good results.
