Hello foodies..
As we know, basil seeds is a food that is rich in benefits.
The benefits that we get as:
- High in fiber, good for digestive
- High in calcium, good for the bones
- Rich in minerals help the body's metabolism
- Control the sugar levels in the body
- Anti-oxidant that is good for reducing stress
Although small size, the benefits are a lot isn't it?
On this occasion, @naturalmedicine as usual held Plantbased Cooking Challenge initiated by chef @justinparke
This week I'm using basil seeds because I like it very much.
In addition to cheap, this material is very easy to be mixed into a drink healthy! Including the juice that I make every day.
This time I want to share the recipe of a refreshing drink that you can enjoy during the afternoon.
Seaweed BTS Ice
Ingredients:
- Seaweed
- Basil seeds
- Butterfly pea syrup
- Coconut milk
- 50gr Sugar
- Agar-agar
- 300ml Water
How to make Seaweed BTS Ice
- Input 1 pack agar-agar and sugar, boiled with water until boiling
- Enter agar-agar and mix with natural dyes. I wear butterfly pea flowers and passion fruit as the dye
- Boil the coconut milk to a boil, set aside to cool
- Soak the seaweed with warm water until the seaweed to big size
- Enter butterfly pea syrup, agar-agar, basil seeds, coconut milk and ice
- Seaweed BTS Ice ready to be served
Why did I name the BTS? because coconut milk is stirred with butterfly pea syrup into the color purple in use BTS lol :D
