Hello Hiver's in CCH Comunnity..
Who doesn't love coffee! I think almost everyone likes coffee. Especially when you are at the top of a mountain, coffee is the right drink to enjoy to get rid of the cold feeling in the mountains. Both men and women love the pleasure of coffee taste. However, there is a long process in coffee processing that we have enjoyed so far.

There are various ways to process coffee beans into coffee powder until we can enjoy the coffee. In my own place, some people still use the traditional way of processing coffee. although currently there are many sophisticated technological tools for processing coffee beans.

So, today I went to a traditional coffee bean processing plant in my area. And through this post, I share photos and articles about the processing of coffee beans.

From a distance, the aroma of coffee has been smelled, and my friends and I headed straight to the coffee bean processing plant in the traditional way. The weather was sunny and the wind was blowing, so that the aroma of roasted coffee was felt on our noses. We are constantly looking for a place to process the coffee beans.

I started walking with friends to get to that place. We walked for about 3 minutes, we arrived at the place.

From a distance it can be seen, because of the smoke rising from an old building. Without thinking, we went straight to the old building.

It turned out that it was true, in an old building with a thatched roof, there was a young man who was working to process coffee beans into coffee powder which many coffee connoisseurs will enjoy in a number of places in North Aceh and Lhokseumawe.

This traditional coffee processing which is practiced by this young man is a business he has been doing for generations. Although currently there are many sophisticated technology tools to process coffee beans. However, this young man still uses traditional tools for the processing of coffee beans.

Thick smoke continues to billow which is generated from the furnace mixed with smoke coming out of the pot where the coffee beans are roasting.

The swing of the young man's hands was seen stirring the coffee beans in a medium-sized cauldron. The heat of the fire and the siege of smoke did not dampen the spirit of producing a powder that was suitable and delicious for consumption.

Again, we can only smell the distinctive aroma of the roasted coffee beans. We wanted to taste the coffee. But unfortunately, there is no hot water that can serve coffee for us to enjoy.

Besides that, the heat in the old building, occasionally wiping the sweat on his face, the young man continued to roast the coffee beans in the pan until they turned black. Their eyes and hands monitored the embers that were used to keep them burning.

Not felt, the clock showed 13.00 WIB. I also said goodbye to go home. Nearly 3 hours ago we saw and took pictures of the traditional coffee bean processing process that is still used by the young man to earn money for his family's economic needs.

Do you like coffee and want to know the traditional processing process? maybe this article and photo will be information for you @crosheille. I hope so. he he
