When I was looking up the other artists' music as I created the promo article for the show, Rhymewave's songs struck a particular curiosity in me as a fellow artist and producer. Mostly I could not believe that this guy has been in Portland and I didn't know about him until now.
Rhymewave (like all the artists at this show) has his own unique style, and I greatly look forward to collaborating with this talented individual. I also look forward to comparing production notes, and trying each other's microphones in our respective studios. Super chill guy too.
This post contains two videos of Rhymewave from Fiday's set. The first is an EPIC spoken word (acapella) piece known now only as "Blindfold" from the Cosmic Hip Hop Showcase during the A.R.T.
