Hello everyone!
It was our time (with @glecerioberto) to join a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga at Asmara Urban Resort and Lifestyle Village. All I can say is that my forms really sucked! Well, there's always a first for everything. I guess this will serve as a progress video. One day, we'll go back to this video and see how far we've become. OR how we still sucked because we haven't practiced for a long time.
I should have recorded the video in landscape format, but I had difficulty in making it stable, so I just recorded it in portrait. Besides, I didn't anticipate of uploading this video at all. It was @glecerioberto who convinced me to upload this even if we looked horrible. Don't worry, I promise I'll take better videos next time.
See you in the next progress video! Or DON'T! Cause we might still looked horrible. Haha
