Set aside your 'thinking time'!

Thinking- we all do that consciously or unconsciously, effortlessly, or put effort to shape our thought process. But the thing is, you will find many times when you are just going with the flow. It's not very uncommon to feel clueless about our life goal, what we really want, what we are really doing and so. And that's why separating some time for 'thinking is necessary!

It may sound silly if you sit on your desk or lie on your bed to just 'think'. But believe me, this silly thing can actually show us the right path. Don't be the slave of your time. Take some time for your own, to think about the deep meaning of life, to just calm your mind and cultivate thinking. Give your brain some space to just think.

It's very common to occupy our brain with so much information, important and unimportant. Especially in this social media ear, we scroll down through thousands of content and information every day. Some even don't notice what others are saying or don't involve themselves in active conversation. So 'think' at the same time doing something else. What I'm saying is, give yourself some time alone to just think, don't do anything lease.

Thinking is like brain food. It's like making space in our brain to cultivate something more, to generate new things, and to understand many others. This simple thing can produce so many good things and can bring positive changes. It can make things clear to us, let us understand life better.

Allow yourself to have time to think. Don't be ashamed of having a nonproductive hour. Belive me, it will actually make you more productive!
