Hormones that are not balanced can be one of the entry points for bacteria and viruses to interfere with the body's immunity. When a person experiences a hormonal imbalance due to mixed feelings, the effect can affect immunity. Those of you who like to hold back emotions can be more susceptible to colds, coughs, and other diseases that can harm the body.

Prolonged excessive anxiety can trigger the brain to produce stress hormones regularly. As a result, it will hurt health such as headaches, nausea, vomiting, or difficulty breathing.

  3. Triggers depression
Apart from excessive anxiety, you can also experience depression. This can happen if you often harbor emotions that are being felt for a long time. When you reach this point, negative emotions can turn into feelings of emptiness, hopelessness, or the desire to end your life. Symptoms that you can experience when you are depressed to include frequent fatigue, insomnia, and lack of excitement about things that usually interest you. As for the body, symptoms of depression can be characterized by headaches, weight loss, and respiratory problems.
