Just as every human being has some good aspects, there are also some weaknesses among them. But the problem is that in our society, the more people talk about their weaknesses, the less they talk about their strengths. Because we don't like the good, we try to identify the bad or the weak.
We always try to bring these food issues to the fore, but have we ever thought about how deeply it can affect the pace of our lives? I do not know what is your point of view on this issue? Because if you constantly try to bring out the bad in a person, he will never be interested in doing something good. Because his interest in something good will be lost!
Think a little deeper about your own issues, see if you are more interested or optimistic about any work or start. Do you ever think negatively about the results of that work? Or do you talk more about your weaknesses in that work? The answer is no. Because this kind of thinking about something will seriously hinder our achievement. So it can happen to others, we never think of it!
In fact, we forget that just as there are some good things in a person, there are also some weaknesses in him. Not everyone has the good side. So what should we do? Of course we should talk more about their good aspects so that they are more motivated to do something good. Yes, I'm not saying bad things can never be discussed.
Consider the good aspects, encourage people properly. Yes, Constructive discussions can be held on any subject, but in that case certain dimensions should be maintained. Because anything extra in any subject never gives good results. So in every aspect of our lives, we need to be careful about everything. Without a change of mindset, it will not be possible to expect a change in anything.
However, I have only tried to express my attitude in this regard. Maybe someone different has a different idea. If you want to share something, I will always invite you. Because none of us are one hundred percent right in everything!
