Encuentro de Talentos estrena nueva cuenta
Es maravilloso poder compartir que el programa "Encuentro de Talentos" hoy estrena una nueva cuenta, como parte de los cambios que están por venir con este programa en víspera de cumplir pronto sus 3 años de historia en la blockchain.
Recordar es vivir
Siempre resulta valioso poder recordar porque los recuerdos mantienen vivo los sueños y así empezó este programa como un sueño, acompañado de alegrías, mucho entusiasmo, ganas de aportar y ayudar a otros a encontrar su talento en la blockchain para que lo disfrutaran y además monetizaran, así nace esta historia en el año 2018 el mes de julio, cuando @angelica7 se le ocurrió una idea hacer un programa de música para canalizar la buena vibra por medio de canciones, y en ese camino @geadriana una chica maravillosa y de noble corazón aceptó de forma muy entusiasta la invitación para formar parte de esta iniciativa que nació como un anhelo.
Es así como en el mes de julio un día miércoles a las 8:00 pm de la noche inició "karaoke Party Night" en el Discord de SMG, en cual era un canal de usuarios de todas partes del mundo y ellos creyeron en nuestro proyecto y nos brindaron la confianza, por ello nuestro sincero agradecimiento a los miembros del equipo de Smart Media Group : @BitcoinParadise, @Yogi , @bitius , @heaterville , @headconer, @whatsup, @Rainier , @mrsanchez , @mvd , @bosun y muchos otros más quienes se convirtieron en amigos de este programa y formaron parte de su historia.
Luego en ese mismo año para el mes de agosto de une nuestro querido amigo y anfitrión @guachoman un maravilloso caballero de la voz con alma dócil y carismática, quien desde ese momento hasta ahora continúa compartiendo este sueño y visión del programa.
Nacimiento de Encuentro de Talentos
Esta historia es bastante bonita porque nace con la misma carga emotiva de motivar y ayudar a otros a mejorar en sus publicaciones por medio del talento que cada uno tiene, porque creemos fielmente que todos tienen un talento y un propósito en la vida solo que algunos requieren de un poquito de orientación para sacar a la luz el hermoso diamante que llevan por dentro, con estas ideas y con el apoyo de @victororiabsb (para ella nuestro más sincero agradecimiento) nace el espacio para este programa con la intención de motorizar un poco el canal español en el Discord de PAL, el cual se movía pero muy lentamente, es así como en el 8 de noviembre del año 2018 incursiona en PAL el programa "Encuentro de talentos", con la dirección de @geadriana, @guachoman y @angelica7 como una extensión del programa original el cual se trabajaba de forma alterna, los días jueves se hacía en PAL y los días miércoles en SMG.
Así comenzamos este maravillosa historia llena de muchas anécdotas y un recorrido de crecimiento y aprendizaje continuo, además en estos casi 3 años de programa muchos usuarios han pasado por "Encuentro de Talentos" que hoy en día tienen sus propias comunidades, sus propios programas y los hemos visto crecer como amigos y usuarios de la blockchain, lo que para nosotros se convierte en motivo de orgullo, porque de alguna manera formamos parte de cada una de las historias de vida que compartimos en el programa.
Resulta maravilloso poder decir con orgullo que la constancia y creer en un proyecto nos ha mantenido fuertes sin desmayar, y que aún continuamos aprendiendo, creciendo y conociendo a nuevos usuarios que son tan maravillosos que estamos seguros también volaran con fuerza al logro de sus objetivos.
Tenemos tantas historias, alegrías y lágrimas que contar en este tiempo que sería maravilloso algún día poder hacer un gran reencuentro de amigos y conocer de sus vidas hoy en día.
Crece la familia "Encuentro de Talentos"
El equipo de Encuentro de Talentos este año 2019 tuvo el gran honor de recibir en su casa a dos grandes y maravillosos talentos de la blockchain, 2 seres que cada uno brilla con luz propia y que aceptaron de forma grata unirse a esta nueva aventura y formar parte del staff de anfitriones, ellos son @eugelys una chica encantadora con una voz que enamora a cualquier usuario que la escucha y con un hermoso don de ayudar a los demás que la hace una usuaria muy reconocida en la blockchain. Además con su constancia y dedicación destaca en sus maravillosas publicaciones. Junto a ella también acepta acompañarnos como anfitrión nuestro querido amigo @miguelmederico un caballero de noble armadura que no requiere de mucha presentación, porque su arte, su trabajo y su dedicación son su mejor presentación ante el mundo. Sin embargo, vale la pena recalcar que nos honra su integración, maravillosa participación y poder sentir cada martes su encantadora energía.
Es así como Encuentro de Talentos abre sus espacios para dar la más cordial bienvenida a estos dos nuevos integrantes emprendedores y maravillosos creadores de contenido en la fecha de el 30 de marzo de 2021, por lo que ahora no solo somos 3 sino 5 miembros que formamos parte del equipo anfitrión: @geadriana, @miguelmedrico, @eugelys, @guachoman y @angelica7, y uniendo 5 corazones, 5 voces, 5 energías, 5 vidas, 5 formas de pensar se logra una consolidadción para seguir soñando y compartiendo buena vibra con todos los que participan en el programa.

En la lista hay muchos amigos que con los años han aportado a este programa, con confianza, publicidad, cariño, tokens, votos, apoyo y alegría que esperamos poder hacer llegar a todos un poco de la felicidad y buena vibra como forma de agradecimiento.
A nuestros queridos participantes del programa, que nos haremos una lista porque todos los que nos conocen saben que están en nuestros corazones y que sin su participación "Encuentro de Talentos" no sería posible, por ello ustedes son los protagonistas de esta historia, y los protagonistas de su propio show de talentos, a todos nuestro más profundo y sincero agradecimiento.
Como todo en la vida puede empezar por un sueño entonces no dejaremos de soñar de que pronto, estaremos realizando un gran encuentro para celebrar nuestros 3 años de vida con el programa de Encuentro de Talentos en el discord de PAL, del que solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento por el espacio brindado.

En el programa nos complace que por medio de la música podamos hacerle llegar nuestro cariño y buena vibra.
¿De qué se trata el programa?
Es un espacio creado con la finalidad de motivar a los participantes a presentar sus publicaciones al estilo promocional en un tiempo de 3 min, lo que permite explorar otro aspecto del usuario, el cual se traduce en su capacidad de síntesis, auto-promoción y presentación en público permitiendo así explorar otros talentos.
Por otra parte, se alienta a los participantes a movilizar su energía y dejar fluir su talento, por medio del estímulo al canto donde liberan sus miedos. En el programa se promocionan publicaciones, pero además con la intención de lograr mover la energía en positivo por medio de la música.

Talent Meeting launches new account
It is wonderful to be able to share that the "Encounter of Talents" program today opens a new account, as part of the changes that are to come with this program on the eve of its 3-year history on the blockchain.
Remembering is living
It is always valuable to be able to remember because memories keep dreams alive and this is how this program began as a dream, accompanied by joys, a lot of enthusiasm, a desire to contribute and help others find their talent on the blockchain so that they could enjoy it and also monetize it, This is how this story was born in 2018 in July, when @angelica7 came up with an idea to make a music program to channel the good vibes through songs, and in that way, @geadriana a wonderful girl with a noble heart accepted very enthusiastically the invitation to be part of this initiative that was born as a wish.
This is how in the month of July, one Wednesday at 8:00 pm at night, the "karaoke Night Party" began on SMG's Discord, which was a channel of users from all over the world and they believed in our project. and they gave us their trust, therefore our sincere thanks to the members of the Smart Media Group team: @BitcoinParadise, @Yogi, @bitius, @heaterville, @headconer, @whatsup, @Rainier, @mrsanchez, @mvd, @bosun, and many others who became friends with this program and were a part of its history.
Then in that same year for the month of August our dear friend and host @guachoman joins a wonderful gentleman of the voice with a docile and charismatic soul, who from that moment until now continues to share this dream and vision of the program.
Birth of Talent Encounter
This story is quite beautiful because it is born with the same emotional charge to motivate and help others to improve in their publications through the talent that each one has because we faithfully believe that everyone has a talent and a purpose in life only that some require with a little guidance to bring to light the beautiful diamond that they carry inside, with these ideas and with the support and our most sincere thanks to @victororiabsb, the space for this program was born with the intention of motorizing the Spanish channel a little in The PAL Discord, which moved but very slowly, is how on November 8, 2018 the "Talent Encounter" program entered PAL, under the direction of @geadriana, @ guachoman and @ angelica7 as an extension of the original program which was worked alternately, on Thursdays it was done in PAL and on Wednesdays in SMG.
Thus we begin this wonderful story full of many anecdotes and a journey of continuous growth and learning, in addition, in these almost 3 years of the program, many users have gone through "Talent Encounter" that today have their own communities, their own programs and the We have seen them grow as friends and users of the blockchain, which for us becomes a source of pride because in some way we are part of each of the life stories that we share in the program.
It is wonderful to be able to say with pride that perseverance and belief in a project have kept us strong without fainting and that we still continue to learn, grow and meet new users who are so wonderful that we are sure they will also fly hard to achieve their goals.
We have so many stories, joys, and tears to tell in this time that it would be wonderful one day to have a great reunion of friends and learn about their lives today.
The "Encounter of Talents" family grows
The Talent Encounter team this year 2019 had the great honor of receiving in their home two great and wonderful talents of the blockchain, 2 beings who each shine with their own light and who gladly agreed to join this new adventure and train part of the host staff, they are @eugelys a charming girl with a voice that falls in love with any user who listens to her and with a beautiful gift of helping others that makes her a very recognized user in the blockchain, in addition to her perseverance and dedication Each thing he does can be appreciated in his wonderful publications, with it our dear friend @miguelmederico also agrees to join us as host, a knight in noble armor who does not require much presentation, because his art, his work, and his dedication are his best presentation to the world.
