Bendecido presente Hivers ✨

Blessed present Hivers ✨

A weekend ago I went to a Holistic fair where there were different gatherings related to wellness issues, in the place there were some sales of products such as scented candles, incense, blankets, etc., and also many professionals offering various services such as massage, healing with magnets and other therapies.

In one of the stands they gave me to choose a letter that had a message, the facilitator told me that all the messages they contained were unique, so I closed my eyes and chose my gift, when I opened it it said:

"I am calling you to a life of gratitude. I want you to feel pangs of thanksgiving at this moment. When you criticize or lament, you are acting as if you think you could handle the world better than I do. From your very limited human perspective, I may appear to be careless with my work, but you don't know what I know and you don't see what I see.
However, I have designed you to live by faith, not by sight. I will lovingly protect you and ask only that you acknowledge my sovereignty by expressing gratitude in any situation. Love, Jesus.

This message left me pondering during the day, I considered myself a pretty grateful person, however, receiving this message brought me news again on this very important topic to me.

I arrived home and I put myself in observation, I realized that beyond practicing gratitude I was giving entrance to certain spaces of complaint in my life for things that I have not been able to solve. Then I carefully reviewed what had been my thoughts of the week and I realized that I have many things to repair at home that I have been giving them long, to the point that the day after the event a pipe broke in the bathroom and I was flooded 70% of the apartment, because despite having closed the stopcock, this did not work either and the water did not stop running, the picture did not look good because all that happened to me on Sunday at 10 pm.

In the middle of that I could only think about that message I had received, and I thought "practice gratitude even in this situation ", so I thanked in advance the help I knew I was going to have to solve all that, as if by magic my neighbor had the spare part I needed for the sink, with my null ability to repair that plumbing job, I called another neighbor who with the best disposition came out of his house at that hour to lend me a hand, and two other neighbors helped me with the cleaning, after 2 hours we had solved the problem and I did nothing but thank them.

The next day I started to solve everything that I had been complaining about and was within my sphere of control, I still have things to do, but I realized that I was unconsciously complaining about things I did not like, but I was not doing anything to change that reality.

I also realized that the art of living in gratitude goes beyond simply thanking for something or someone for a favor received, it is a "state of being" that evokes an emotion that allows you to feel in grace, in prosperity and with God by your side at any time and situation, it is very beautiful to feel that you have that "support" that makes you stoke your faith and your level of "believe" that everything is possible.

When we constantly complain about our situation, about what we lack, or what we do not like, what we are doing is putting our attention on the lack, it is a basic thought of scarcity that keeps us away from prosperity and harmony, a mental program that we must eradicate from our thoughts. Instead, practicing gratitude on a daily basis places our attention on what we have, on the opportunities, it is at the same time a small act of faith that invites us to Believe and have Hope.

So, I invite you today to practice gratitude in any situation, even those that seem adverse, we do not know what is behind them but for some reason they came into our lives and flowing with them I believe is the best answer.

See you soon!
