Liebe Leute,
nervt es Euch auch, dass diverse Defi-Plattformen unterschiedliche Versionen ein und derselben Cryptowährung brauchen, z.B. BTC, wBTC und BTCB? Wäre es nicht genial, eine Wallet zu haben, die verschiedenste Coins halten kann in ihrer nativen Form, ohne Herumgewrappe plus Gebührenlawine?
Eine Lösung ist THORChain mit seinem Coin RUNE - ein relativ neues dezentrales Liquiditätsnetzwerk, das LPs und Swapping anbietet quer über verschiedenste Coins, und alle in ihrer nativen Form! Es ist noch in Beta, aber seit April läuft es und hat seither laufend an investiertem Volumen zugelegt (derzeit ca. 147M$), hier der Verlauf der Liquidität in den Pools seit Beginn:
Die Betreiber mussten den Zugang zu den Pools sogar limitieren (="cap"), um die Stabilität des Netzwerks zu optimieren. Alle paar Tage wird das Limit erhöht ("raise the cap"), das heißt, falls Du in einen LP reingehen willst und diese Nachricht auftaucht, solltest Du es einfach öfter im Lauf der nächsten Tage probieren.

Ich bin noch bei weitem kein Experte, aber ich mache mich langsam schlau (danke an @klausklaus, der sich schon sehr gut auskennt). Als primäre LP-Plattform und DEX nutze ich Thorswap (es gibt aber auch andere, z.B. die minimalistische Asgardex). Beim installieren nimm "ThorCHAD" oder "Thorswap" as Ref. Mehr Info dazu gibt es in diesem Artikel.
Das andere, was Du noch brauchst, ist eine RUNE-kompatible multichain wallet - ich nehme dafür die Xdefi-Wallet, die, wie Metamask, als Browser-extension arbeitet.
Auf diese Wallet kannst Du dann Deine nativen Coins wie z.B. BTC oder ETH senden und dann, so wie sie sind, staken. Übrigens, gestaked werden auf der THORChain automatisch IMMER Paare (50/50) von Asset und RUNE, nie die Assets alleine.
Das nicht selbsterklärende ist, wie man RUNE, die man z.B. auf Binance gekauft hat, auf die Xdefi Wallet überträgt. Denn Senden an die RUNE Adresse geht nicht. Wieso? Weil die bei Binance gekauften RUNE in Wirklichkeit BNB.RUNE sind! Daher - und das ist der ganze Trick - muß man diese BNB.RUNE nicht an die RUNE Adresse, sondern an die BNB Adresse von Xdefi senden, Sobald das klar ist, ist der Rest einfach. Nachdem Du die BNB.RUNE an die Binance Chain Adresse von Xdefi transferiert hast, gehst Du zurück auf https://app.thorswap.finance/, refreshst Deinen Browser and verbindest die Seite mit der Xdefi Wallet. Deine RUNE sollten jetzt als Teil der BNB Adresse ausgewiesen sein:

Nach dem Draufklicken erscheint ein Menü. Das Einzige, was noch zu tun bleibt, ist die Menge an RUNE, die Du upgraden willst, anzugeben und die Transaktion auf Xdefi zu bestätigen.
Da die Transaktion etwas BNB kostet, stelle vorher sicher, dass genug BNB vorhanden ist!
Nach einer Minute max., sind die nativen RUNE jetzt angekommen und stehen für LP zur Verfügung.
Übrigens, es ist gar nicht zwingend notwendig, RUNE zu halten, um auf THORChain zu farmen. Man kann auch nur ein Asset staken und das Protokoll konvertiert automatisch 50% davon in RUNE. Um z.B. in den ETH-Pool zu gehen, um die derzeit 29% APY zu nutzen, aber man nur ETH, aber keine RUNE hat, wählt man hier (Pfeil) die Weise aus, in den Pool zu gehen, also nur ETH in diesem Fall:
Der andere Weg (abgesehen vom symmetrischen Split) ist, wenn man ein Asset staken will, das man nicht hat, aber RUNE hat, z.B. AVA, das derzeit eine besonders hohe APY hat:

Falls man es geschafft hat, in einem Pool zu sein, braucht man nichts weiter zu tun. Das Protokoll erntet (harvest) und compoundet (also legt die geernteten Assets gleich wieder zum Pool dazu) automatisch! Deinen Gewinn kannst Du nachverfolgen, indem Du im Thorswap-Menü auf Liquidity gehst (die Wallet ggf. neu verbinden) und dann dort auf das kleine Chart-Symbol beim jeweiligen Pool klickst:
Das bringt Dich zur Seite https://app.runeyield.info/, die alle möglichen Statistiken beinhaltet (mehr als auf vielen anderen solchen Seiten). Zum Beispiel recht nützlich ist der Wert "LP vs HODL", der Dir sagt, wie Deine Coins sich an Wert verändert hätten, wenn Du sie geHODLt statt in den Pool gesteckt hättest.

are you also pissed off or just lost about all the different Defi platforms and the different versions of the same coins like BTC, wBTC and BTCB? Imagine a protocol where you can hold in ONE wallet various different tokens and swap and stake them without any wrapping operations and multiple fees?
One solution is THORChain with its native coin RUNE - a new decentralized liquidity network enabling cross-chain liquidity pools and exchanges with no pegged or wrapped tokens. It is still in Beta, but already working since April and having attracted already quite a volume (currently app. 147M$). Here is the progress (total volume locked in the pools) since start:
In fact they limited (capped) access to the pools in order to not destabilize the network. Only now and then they raise the cap and let new volume added to the pools. So you need to try repeatedly in the next days if you want in but see this message:

I have not yet the perfect overview, but am trying to get there slowly. As primary Defi tool I use Thorswap (there are others too, like Asgard). When installing, use "ThorCHAD" or "Thorswap" as ref. You can use it from your browser or as Desktop app. For further info check out this article.
The other thing you need is a RUNE-compatible multichain wallet - I use the Xdefi-Wallet which works as the typical Chrome (or Brave) extension, like Metamask.
To this wallet you can send then your native tokens like BTC or ETH and stake them as they are, no wrapping needed. By the way, staked are ALWAYS pairs of asset and RUNE, never the assets alone.
The only tricky thing (to me) is to send RUNE to the wallet in case you have bought them e.g. on Binance. Because sending those RUNE to your RUNE address on Xdefi doesn´t work! Why? You have to know that your RUNE on Binance are in fact BNB.RUNE although it is not that apparent.
The trick is that you have to send those BNB.RUNEs to your BNB address on Xdefi, NOT the RUNE address. Once I figured this out, the rest is easy. After sending the BNB.RUNE to the Binance chain adress of Xdefi, go back to https://app.thorswap.finance/ , refresh your browser and reconnect your wallet. You will find now your RUNE as part of the BNB address:
There should also appear this button on the screen:
After clicking on it, a new menu appears. All remaining to do is select the amount of RUNE you want to "natify" and confirm the transaction in the wallet.
Since the transaction costs a little BNB, make sure you have some in your wallet!
After a minute or so, the now native RUNEs arrived and are available for LP.
Having said that, it is not even needed to have RUNE for yield farming. You can also stake ONLY an asset and the system is converting that to a 50%asset/50%RUNE split. E.g. if you want to enter the ETH pool for a currently 29% APY, but you don´t have any RUNE, just select here (arrow) the way you enter the pool, ETH only in this case:
The other way (apart from a symmetrical split) is to stake some tokens with a high APY, like AVA with currently %! by using only RUNE. In that example you would do this:

Once you managed to get into a pool, you don´t have to do anything. The protocol auto-harvests and auto-compounds your tokens. You can check the profit/loss by going in the Thorswap main menu on Liquidity (make sure your wallet is connected) and go to that little chart symbol on the respective pool:
This brings you to the site https://app.runeyield.info/ which lists some decent stats about your pool (way more than I have seen on any such sites). E.g. quite interesting is the value "LP vs HODL" which tells you if you should have better HODLed instead of going into the pool.
