Me preguntaron por ahí cuál era mi talento. Me puse a pensar detenidamente y la verdad, no atinaba a responder pues, cuando te hablan de que alguien tiene un talento, enseguida piensas en el dominio de un arte, un oficio y así.
Sin embargo, al momento reflexioné y a pesar de no reconocer en mí alguno de estos talentos, si encontré el más importante y es el talento que tengo para amar la vida.
Amo la vida cuando despierto cada mañana y agradezco la llegada de un nuevo día. El abrir mis ojos al amanecer es significado de que estoy viva y eso de por sí, en estos tiempos, es un gran privilegio.
Amo la vida cuando retrocedo en el tiempo de mi historia y siento que cada momento ha nutrido mi camino, con aciertos y desaciertos que me hacen reafirmar que soy humana y vine a aprender y andar el camino hacia mi felicidad.
Amo la vida cuando veo la sonrisa de mi hijo y me siento agradecida de tanto amor vivido y por vivir. De tanto orgullo y tanta pasión dedicada a la formación de ese alguien que vino de mí y que de alguna manera, le estoy regalando al mundo para ayudarlo a ser un lugar mejor.
I was asked what my talent was. I started to think carefully and the truth is, I couldn't answer because, when you are told that someone has a talent, you immediately think of the mastery of an art, a trade, and so on.
However, at the moment I reflected and although I did not recognize any of these talents in me, I found the most important one and it is the talent I have to love life.
I love life when I wake up every morning and I am grateful for the arrival of a new day. Opening my eyes at dawn means that I am alive and that in itself, in these times, is a great privilege.
I love life when I go back in the time of my history and I feel that every moment has nurtured my path, with successes and failures that make me reaffirm that I am human and I came to learn and walk the path to my happiness.
I love life when I see my son's smile and I feel grateful for so much love lived and to live. Of so much pride and so much passion dedicated to the formation of that someone who came from me and that in some way, I am giving to the world to help him to be a better place.
Amo la vida cuando escribo. Cuando inmersa en este mundo de letras y saberes, comparto con tanta gente hermosa que me brinda su energía y me hace crecer como ser humano.
Amo la vida cuando salgo cada tarde a mi terraza y admiro las maravillas que me regala la tarde. Cuando tomo mi cámara y eternizo la vida en un instante de muchos y muy bellos colores. La amo sobremanera cuando vivo cazando atardeceres.
Amo la vida cuando tengo la oportunidad de tender la mano y apoyar, de brindar mi hombro y simplemente abrazar. De transmitir ese calor y amor que tengo para dar y que me regala la vida.
Amo la vida cuando agradezco cada uno de mis días, buenos y no tan buenos, porque cada uno tiene su aprendizaje y me enseña a mirar siempre hacia adelante para divisar el futuro que con sus brazos abiertos siempre me espera. Cuando al mirar dentro de mí siento que estar viva y disfrutar de cada segundo en este universo, es lo primero.
Los seres humanos pasamos la vida pensando en nuestras destrezas y capacidades, compitiendo por ser los primeros en todo, y olvidamos cuál debe ser nuestro principal talento que es Aprender a amar la vida.
I love life when I write. When immersed in this world of letters and knowledge, I share with so many beautiful people who give me their energy and make me grow as a human being.
I love life when I go out every afternoon to my terrace and admire the wonders that the afternoon gives me. When I take my camera and eternalize life in an instant of many beautiful colors. I love it most when I live hunting for sunsets.
I love life when I have the opportunity to reach out and support, to offer my shoulder, and simply embrace. To transmit that warmth and love that I have to give and that life gives me.
I love life when I am grateful for each of my days, good and not so good because each one has its learning and teaches me to always look ahead to see the future that always awaits me with open arms. When I look inside myself I feel that being alive and enjoying every second in this universe comes first.
We human beings spend our lives thinking about our skills and abilities, competing to be the first in everything, and we forget what should be our main talent, which is to learn to love life.
La vida es una sola y lamentablemente la desperdiciamos en banales cosas. En situaciones inútiles y desgastantes. En competencias sin sentido, sin darnos cuenta de que la única persona que debemos mirar y tratar de superar, es a nosotros mismos.
Siendo mejores cada día, brillando con luz propia y dejando que brillen las demás estrellas pues todas juntas llenamos el cielo e iluminamos el Universo.
Vivir es tan corto y nosotros tan necios en pensar que el tiempo es largo. Hagamos que cada segundo valga la pena. Seamos nosotros mismos y hagamos brillar nuestros talentos, haciendo lo que más nos guste, creciendo por dentro y por sobre todos, siendo felices, aquí y ahora.
Life is only one and unfortunately, we waste it on banal things. In useless and exhausting situations. In meaningless competitions, without realizing that the only person we should look at and try to surpass is ourselves.
Being better every day, shining with our light and letting the other stars shine because all together we fill the sky and illuminate the Universe.
Life is so short and we are so foolish to think that time is long. Let us make every second worthwhile. Let's be ourselves and let our talents shine, doing what we like the most, growing inside and above all, being happy, here and now.
