La vida es un sin fin de enseñanzas y sorpresas que te hacen pasar por muchas situaciones y actividades, haciéndonos descubrir cuales hacemos por solo cumplir, cuales nos gustan aunque tal vez no lo haríamos todo el tiempo y cuales DE VERDAD nos apasionan. En mi caso, y no le sorprenderán a quienes me conocen, a mi me apasiona la Danza.
Life is full of teachings and surprises that make you go through many situations and activities, making us discover which ones we do just to fulfill, which ones we like even though maybe we wouldn't do them all the time and which ones we REALLY love. In my case, and it will come as no surprise to those who know me, I am passionate about Dance.
Definitivamente si vamos a hablar de algo que le apasiona a Shana tiene que ser la danza, porque aparece en TODOS los ámbito de mi vida y en este post quiero explicarles un poquito como me apasiona y quiero meterla en cada parte de mi vida, espero les guste y a otros bailarines que haya por aquí, quiero decirles que ME ENCANTA VERLOS Y POR ESO CONFIO QUE SEGUIRÉ VIENDOLOS EN BEE ON THE STAGE.
Definitely if we are going to talk about something that Shana is passionate about it has to be dance, because it appears in EVERY area of my life and in this post I want to explain a little bit how I am passionate about it and I want to put it in every part of my life, I hope you like it and to other dancers around here, I want to tell you that I LOVE TO SEE YOU AND THAT'S WHY I TRUST I WILL CONTINUE TO SEE YOU IN BEE ON THE STAGE.
La Danza como disciplina | Dance as a discipline
Pasa mucho que cuando uno es niño, nuestros padres nos meten en muchas actividades "extra curriculares", ya sea para descubrir lo que nos apasiona, para no tener tiempo de ocio o para aprender una disciplina que nos ayude en la vida, por ejemplo, yo entrene natación 1 año entero porque yo no sabía nadar y le tenía miedo a hundir la cabeza en el agua. Cuando una de esas actividades te apasiona de verdad la palabra "responsabilidad" o el "ser responsable" con respecto a la actividad no se hace nada tediosa o difícil.
It happens a lot that when we are children, our parents put us in many "extra curricular" activities, either to discover what we are passionate about, to have no leisure time or to learn a discipline that will help us in life, for example, I trained swimming for a whole year because I could not swim and I was afraid of sinking my head in the water. When you are really passionate about one of these activities, the word "responsibility" or "being responsible" for the activity does not become tedious or difficult.
Yo llegue un punto de mi vida que aunque yo no tenía el poder de decidir muchas cosas, por ser menos de edad y demás, que yo quería y buscaba poner la danza por encima de mis estudios y mi vida, llegué a hacer lo 2do ya que yo no tenía "vida social" por el simple hecho de que mi rutina era: Despertar, ir a la escuela, llegar a casa para comer, ir a clases de Ballet, llegar a casa a hacer mis tareas o estudiar y dormir.
I reached a point in my life that although I did not have the power to decide many things, being under age and so on, that I wanted and sought to put dance above my studies and my life, I came to do the 2nd thing since I had no "social life" for the simple fact that my routine was: Wake up, go to school, get home to eat, go to ballet classes, get home to do my homework or study and sleep.
¿Llegué a cansarme de la danza? JAMÁS, tal ves me llegué a cansar de mis clases de Ballet, pero cuando también explique los otros puntos que quiero tocar con esta pasión, entenderán que yo tengo una pasión por bailar, por la danza, no específicamente por el ballet JAJA y se notará la diferencia. A veces cuando siento que la rutina es agotadora, me canso rápido y quiero rendirme, pero de verdad gracias a la vida, y a la terapia, he aprendido a luchas por las cosas que me gustan y si algo me esta "agotando" o "cansando" puedo tomarme un respiro pero no descuidarlo.
Did I get tired of dancing? NEVER, maybe I got tired of my ballet classes, but when I also explain the other points I want to touch with this passion, you will understand that I have a passion for dancing, for dance, not specifically for ballet HAHAHA and you will notice the difference. Sometimes when I feel that the routine is exhausting, I get tired fast and I want to give up, but really thanks to life, and therapy, I have learned to fight for the things I like and if something is "exhausting" or "tiring" me I can take a break but not neglect it.
La Danza en mi personalidad | Dance in my personality
Si me llegaste a conocer sabrás que soy una persona hiperactiva, a veces hablo muy alto y al expresarme utilizo mucho mi cuerpo completo... en resumen a veces me definen como "loca" por mi manera de ser JAJAJA cosa que no me molesta, bueno dentro de toda esa actitud que me gusta tomar la danza no se queda atrás ¿Qué quiero decir con esto? que siempre estoy bailando así parezca un chiste, así se vea feo o sea únicamente para dar risa.
If you got to know me you will know that I am a hyperactive person, sometimes I talk very loud and when I express myself I use my whole body a lot... in short sometimes I am defined as "crazy" for my way of being HAHAHAHA which does not bother me, well within all this attitude that I like to take the dance is not far behind. What do I mean by this? I'm always dancing even if it looks like a joke, even if it looks ugly or just to give laughter.
Al principio yo sentía que me debía dar pena eso, pues soy bailarina siempre debería bailar bien y no... ya entendí que esa es otra manera de mostrar cuanto me apasiona la danza, porque llega el punto de que no importa lo que está pasando, si esta sonando una canción que me gusta, la conozca o no, la quiero bailar, así sea solo mover la cabeza eso significa que la quiero bailar y lo estoy haciendo mentalmente.
At first I felt that I should be ashamed of that, because I am a dancer I should always dance well and no... I understood that this is another way to show how much I love dancing, because it gets to the point that no matter what is happening, if a song that I like is playing, whether I know it or not, I want to dance to it, even if I just move my head, that means I want to dance to it and I am doing it mentally.
Yo jamás estaré de acuerdo a las burlas u odio a las personas que bailan Tiktoks o que en fiestas lo que hacen es seguir la coreografía que crearon en esa plataforma, pues es una manera de simplemente disfrutarse y recordar la canción ¿A quién le hace daño eso? A NADIEEEE, y nadie mejor que yo para demostrarlo, si una canción suena y me aprendí una coreo o unos movimientos por esa canción LO HAGO PORQUE AMO HACERLO y eso ayuda demasiado a trabajar memoria y luego la creatividad.
I will never agree to mock or hate people who dance Tiktoks or at parties what they do is follow the choreography that they created on that platform, it is a way to simply enjoy and remember the song, who does that hurt? NO ONE, and no one better than me to prove it, if a song plays and I learned a choreo or some moves for that song I DO IT BECAUSE I LOVE DOING IT and that helps too much to work memory and then creativity.
La Danza como trabajo | Dance as work
Al principio yo no tenía como objetivo enseñar a otras personas a bailar ningún tipo de danza que yo fuera experta, pues me concentré en yo ser la que baila, en yo mostrarme y mostrarle a los demás como lo hago, aunque tampoco tengo como objetivo ser famosa o algo parecido me gusta que la gente vea así sea un 1% de mi talento. Pero todo eso cambio cuando se me dio la oportunidad de empezar a dar clases, empezando por enseñarle a niñas pequeñas desde 0, haciéndome recordar todo lo que yo pasé y me divertí, haciéndome crecer yo también más en la danza porque enseñar no es fácil, y siempre hay que buscar diferentes maneras de mandar el mensaje para que se logre aprender y evolucionar... al darme ese trabajo de dar clases logré tenerle mucho más amor a la danza.
At the beginning I did not aim to teach other people to dance any kind of dance that I was an expert, because I focused on me being the one who dances, in me showing myself and show others how I do it, although I do not aim to be famous or something like that I like people to see even if it is only 1% of my talent. But all that changed when I was given the opportunity to start teaching classes, starting by teaching little girls from 0, making me remember everything I went through and I had fun, making me also grow more in dance because teaching is not easy, and you always have to find different ways to send the message to achieve learning and evolve ... by giving me that job of teaching I managed to have much more love to dance.
Cuando se me dio la oportunidad de dar clases en @yoysalseros clases de danza contemporánea creció en mi el amor de crear coreografías y ver a otras personas bailarlas, llegué a crear 2 coreografías para ellos, en las cuales admito que ambas quiero participar JAJAJA ES QUE ME ENCANTAN, pero amo demasiado verlos a ellos bailarla, que mis clases se entendieron al punto de que verlos bailar mi creación queda IMPRESIONANTE... EXTRAÑO MUCHO ESE GRUPO VALE QUIERO VOLVER A DARLES CLASE.
When I was given the opportunity to give classes in @yoysalseros contemporary dance classes grew in me the love of creating choreographies and see other people dance them, I got to create 2 choreographies for them, in which I admit that both I want to participate HAHAHA I LOVE THEM, but I love too much to see them dance it, that my classes were understood to the point that watching them dance my creation is IMPRESSIVE ... I MISS THAT GROUP SO MUCH, I WANT TO GO BACK TO TEACH THEM.
Pasión por las otras artes | Passion for other arts
De verdad que gracias a la danza mi amor por el arte no deja de crecer, porque amo bailar, pero hay muchas cosas sobre las artes que también me encanta hacer, jamás dejare de hacer y quiero seguir practicando, el amor a la música es algo que JAMÁS se ira de mi organismo así que jajaja el canto es un buen primer ejemplo que quiero mencionar, pues amo cantar, cada día amándome más puedo sentir más confianza al cantar así no sea la mejor pero me siento bien haciéndolo.
Truly thanks to dance my love for art keeps growing, because I love dancing, but there are many things about the arts that I also love to do, I will never stop doing and I want to keep practicing, the love of music is something that will NEVER leave my body so hahaha singing is a good first example I want to mention, because I love singing, every day loving myself more I can feel more confident singing even if I'm not the best but I feel good doing it.
Amo posar para una cámara así sea como en modo bailarina o como si fuera una modelo, hacer esas cosas también me activan la creatividad, me encanta interpretar un personaje al punto de actuarlo al 100%, he descubiertos tantas cosas relacionadas al arte que me encanta que las únicas que no hago son porque no tengo el talento, por ejemplo pintar, pero si me dan la tarea así me salga feo lo haré PORQUE AMO EL ARTE.
I love posing for a camera whether it's in dancer mode or as if I were a model, doing those things also activates my creativity, I love to play a character to the point of acting it 100%, I have discovered so many things related to art that I love that the only ones I don't do are because I don't have the talent, for example painting, but if I get the task even if it comes out ugly I will do it BECAUSE I LOVE ART.

En el post mencionaron que podíamos aprovechar y felicitar a @eddiespino por su cumpleaños :D así que no perderé la oportunidad de felicitarlo una vez más. Eddie, gran amigo, persona y mente maestra, siempre buscando a quien ayudar en cualquier sentido y con las mejores intenciones, estoy muy feliz de haber coincidido en esta vida y espero se me de la oportunidad de conocerte un poquito más como estoy haciendo poquito a poco con la bella @grisvisa ❤️. Siento que me extendí bastante pero estoy feliz que logré contar todo lo que quería, y si me llega mucho más pues ¡EXCELENTE! lo preparare para otros post.
