When I approached the edge of the forest, I suddenly saw a large bird sitting on a tree nearby. Coming closer, I saw that it was a young jay. She hid among the leaves of a tree and diligently looked for insects among the branches of the tree.
Surprisingly, she was not very shy. I managed to get closer to her. I tried to move slowly.
Jay was busy with her own business and did not pay attention to me.
Unfortunately, in search of food, she constantly jumped from one branch to another. Therefore, I had to constantly move around in order to choose a good angle for shooting.
Unfortunately, this was not always possible, and small branches often obscured the jay.
The foliage of the trees caused a lot of trouble. Jay tried to stay among the foliage, so she often did not allow choosing a good angle.
The jay was apparently hungry and she pecked insects on the branches of the tree.
She jumped on the branches for a long time and, although with difficulty, I managed to photograph her.
