Welcome ☀️ Feather Lovers
This time my entry for the Feathered Friends Photo Contest features a certain bird from the other side of the world or the southern hemisphere or the farthest spot on earth i've ever travelled to in my life so far. I'm talking about Aotearoa, which is Maori for The Land of the Long White Cloud or as most of you know it ... New Zealand. The Bird my post is about is called Kea (Nestor notabilis) and is a large kind of omnivorous parrot (eats plants and insects). As a little extra there's someone you might know already waiting to meet you at the end of the post.

Meet an Old Friend
He's having lunch with his partner in crime while the geese just stand around there, chatter incessantly and stare at them.
