In the Philippines, we call it Macopa and in English, it was called Wax Apples flowers.
Greetings Hive,
I just wanna share these lovely photos of wax apple flowers that my grandpa grows in his backyard.
A few days ago I came to visit him to say "hello" and while at his home I decided to go for a walk around and found this tree full of the vibrant colour pink flowers.
I admit that I was captivated by it since it was my first time seeing a Macopa tree with a lot of flowers and I only see most of Macopa fruit that I usually bought from vendors and also it was the first time I see grandpas' plant that bears flowers cause most of the time I only reach that it bears fruits already.
I can merely describe a wax apple with a lot of similarities with a watery rose apple since I have a watery rose apple tree at home.
I climb a bit just to capture its beauty I can also hear the birds and insects chirping that did a great job in pollination🥰.
What attracts me more is the stamens that fall on the ground and makes it so beautiful to see.
Only I found also that it was really in season and I can't wait to have its fruits becauseMacopa fruits are so delicious to eat too.
Thank you for reading.
I appreciate it so much 🥰
