I think you all know that the earth we live in is sick. There are not just a lots of disasters happened, but the pandemic is very serious that millions of people died.
Being vegetarian is very environment friendly. So I decided to be a vegetarian, and do my best to our earth and reduce killing of animals.
Yesterday, I went to the supermarket to buy Shabu Shabu noodles and spinach. Today let me share with you this home-cooked vegetarian dish, Miso Vegetarian Shabu Shabu Noodles.
The ingredients include Shabu Shabu noodles, spinach, King Oyster mushroom, black fungus, vegetable tofu, radish, coriander, and fried bean curbs. The condiments are Miso paste, Five-spice powder, chili powder and pepper.
First, rinse King Oyster mushroom, Naibai, cabbage, eggplant, radish, chili and coriander.
Then cut into small pieces. After the water boiling, can put in steamed noodles to cook for 4 mins. And then scoop the steamed noodles into a bowl.
Then can start prepare the Miso vegetables soup. After the water has boiled, add the King Oyster mushroom, black fungus, radish, and cook for 2 minutes. Then add Miso paste, a little of 5-Spice powder, chili powder and peppers.
Finally, add the spinach and cook for one minute before serving.
After serving, add some corianders, vegetarian fried bean curds, and chili powder to garnish this Shabu Shabu noodles soup.
